THe EnD iS nEaR....
We wait for the dawn to arise from night,
For peace to return, lost out of sight
We wait for love's illuminant light
The world weeps, for someone to understand their plight.
We have talked about ET's and disappearing UFO'S
When we are the ones who have become alien to each other
The land has drowned in a sea of sorrows
In this world of fraud, we suffocate and smother
Now a sword hangs above us, now hearts are tarnished
Now corruption and vice have our souls vanquished
Someone wails and laments, there's no one to care
Hopes have vanished, there's left nothing to share
the evil have left poor and innocent deceived
they have erred themselves, now completely at sea
they were malevolent we realized, wrong we had perceived
some minds cry in anguish, shroud in misery
all bliss has gone, quivered in a corner we grieved
and all this torment because of malicious treachery
these barriers they built to scoff and scorn
these spiteful borders to eliminate all harmony
on a bed of roses, they have erected thorn
no serenity to be found, devils left free
to torment people's heart, to remove tranquility
'all the world's a stage and the men 'n women are merely players
This only existed on parchment by William Shakespeare
Man has become deceitful, a loathsome betrayer
Between all these exists somewhere, a soft, silent prayer
To root out bloodshed, killing and murder
To prevent another man from harming our brother
To end agony and torture that prevails
To extinct exploitation, before man himself fails
These are what the wise call the bitter adversities of life
The only way to avoid them is to strive and not to strife.
