''To be brave does not mean not to fear, but to have fear but still not give in.''
If we would conquer our fears, it would be so easy to pass every hurdle coming across and to win every battle. So very easy....but why do we fear at all? Why are we subjected to being weak? Is it because we let our mind play with our emotions. Why do we let ourselves be tricked?
Fear is natural, its inevitable. But what we can control is the way we analyse things. To become depressed is what we all go through, one time or the other, but if we fight through that, we are not weak, we are strong. When we become sad, we let our emotions and fellings in a free-flow phase. It means, that whatever we think, whether it is a reality or not, we tend to believe it because our mind fromour past experiences wants to fill in the gaps that are left unanswered to assume something without knowing it.
If you have some question unanswered, some thing bugging you, getting on your nerves and annoying you out of your wit, do remember this, if life was a perfect bed of roses, we wouldn't have faced difficulties. We cannot expect all our questions to be answered...emotions and feelings can tie you between pain and pleasure, At this time, it is best not to feel anything at all, as our mind only causes illusions which in our desperateness we believe.
If somebody else cause us pain, we are not those who take revenge.
Because, if we do, then we are only joining them, and not helping us.
Don't lose your identity, don't become someone else, be you.
